Returns: No returns accepted after 30 Days. Electronic items and special order items are not returnable. Any package returned will be subject to restocking fee of 10%. Shipping cost will not be returned and return shipping is your responsibility. All returns must be pre approved and will be reimbursed after we receive and inspect your returned items. Custom built items such as rear end housings and custom length items are non refundable.

Canceled Orders: Order processing fees from card and processing companies are non refundable after an order has been processed/purchased by the customer. Regardless of shipment status, if an order is cancelled we will deduct 3% from your refund.

Warranties: This limited warranty is extended only to each individual who purchases an Autofab Racecars product. This limited warranty applies to any product which, after inspection by Autofab Racecars, is found to have a defect in either material or workmanship.

To obtain the benefit of this limited warranty you must:

(1) return the product and sales receipt to Autofab Racecars Performance Products, at your own expense, so that it is received by Autofab Racecars no later than Thirty (30) days after the date it was purchased;

AND

(2) clearly state the specific complaint that you have with respect to the product.

If all of the above procedures are followed, and the product is found by Autofab Racecars to be defective in either material or workmanship, Autofab Racecars shall either repair or replace the product, at its election, and at its sole cost. Autofab Racecars will attempt to repair or replace any defective product within sixty (60) days after receipt.

This limited warranty does not cover or apply to any damage sustained to the vehicle, engine or other parts which may have been caused by the defective product and does not cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges or any other incidental costs or damages caused by the defective product.
